Response Software comes with free 30 day support.
After that Vericom
offers four support options:

Limited email support may take up to 48 hours
to respond. Click here for email support.

Pay per incident support where the customer pays $50.00 for phone
support of a problem. Software updates are free within the same
major revision. In other words version 1.00 to 1.99 is free but
to upgrade to 2.xx would cost a nominal upgrade fee.

Yearly service contract where the customer pays $150.00 per year
to get unlimited email or phone support and free software updates we release
during the contract term. The contract can be renewed yearly.
Support hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
CST.

Register your software.
If you are having a problem with the software, an update may fix
the problem. All updates in the current major release are free.
