VC4000 Support

Please check the VC4000 manual first as it may answer your question.

Each VC4000 comes with a Profile disc. On that disc is another program called "Reflash". Use Reflash to update your VC4000 to the latest version of firmware.

Support hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CST.

Contact us for support by mail or phone.  Our preferred method for support is Email since we may have to research the problem.  Fill out a support form for email support.  It also helps to send us the .RUN files if you have a question relating to data obtained from a VC4000DAQ.

      .NET 2.0 or above required for Windows XP. Most systems already have them installed. Windows Vista already has them installed.
