Fix distance acceleration run using metric mode and 3D G summation method reports +-1 KPH in error.
Fix crash mode displaying runs, when sensor setup has changed. Results in average G values high.
Crash mode, display system error when maximum sensors are configured.
Crash mode, up to 10 sensors can be turned on instead of 5.
Fix SD card (*.VC4) files. Do not write deleted runs.

Fix Acceleration runs, speed modes would end at ¼ mile. Changed to maximum of 10000ft run.
Crash mode, do not force G smoothing to 1, use setup smoothing.
Crash mode, when run is canceled, close run file correctly.
Fixed problem importing greater than 255 runs.

Fix, default keypad zero changed from 0x9CB to 0x990. Also the factory keypad zero function made more user error tolerant.
